Duties may include the following elements
Provide first aiding and emergency care for employees
Monitor injury/illness and sickness absence trends.
Provide health input to (illness/injury) reporting, analyse data.
Communicate procedures and practices with other centres.
Ensure appropriate medical surveillance and testing.
Ensure employees are fit to work,
Oversee pre-employment check up, sickness absence, return to work.
Work to oversee care of complex medical cases and hospitalised employees.
Develop work plan and report to management on goals and deliverables.
Work with safety team to implement best health practices
Work with safety team to provide health risk assessments.
Promote employee wellness with health programmes
Refer employees for counseling when needed
Refer employees to services for drug/alcohol counseling
Support good mental health
Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years experience required.
Experience in occupational health is preferred.
Prior occupational health management valued.
Fluency in Thai/English languages required.
Experience with first aid room management.
Registered nursing qualifications
A good attitude towards new challenges.
