Membership Terms and Conditions
1. It is a condition of membership that Members agree to pay the stated fees and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions may be revoked, altered or added to from time to time by the Company, without prior notification to members. The current version will be displayed on the Clinic web site.

2. All membership plans require payment in full at the time of registration (annually in advance).

3. Membership shall commence on receipt of completed and signed forms by the Membership Team.

4. MedConsult’s standard health check is included in the membership scheme. There may be further tests required or recommended as a result of this health check which may incur additional charges.

5. Membership fees will be reviewed annually. Members will be advised of any increase in membership fees annually at least 30 days prior to their Membership renewal date.

6. Membership is non-transferable and non-refundable, unless there is written agreement to the contrary.

7. The cost of medication is not included and external medical services costs not provided by MedConsult, are not included.

8. The Company reserves the right to refuse an application from any applicant.

9. Medical certificates for the reclamation of medical costs through insurance policies can be provided on request, but the Clinic has no responsibility or obligation in ensuring that medical costs are eligible for reimbursement under the member’s insurance policy.

Data Protection

It is necessary for the purpose of providing Members with advice and support to hold certain data concerning your identity, contact details and general health on our files. By signing the application form you are expressly consenting to the Company and Clinic having authority to keep this data for the duration of your membership to the Clinic and for up to two years thereafter. 

Cancellation of Membership

After an initial period of three months, Members may terminate their membership with giving not less than 30 days notice. Request for cancellation must be made in writing. The notice period of 30 days will commence from the first day of the calendar month after that month in which notification of cancellation is received. Any fees already paid will be refunded pro-rata for the remaining period, less the cost of health screenings, consultations or other services already provided.
