Do I need to book an appointment or can I just walk-in?

Every patient needs to register through the link provided in the booking confirmation email, which you will receive after selecting the date and time of your appointment. Due to the current situation patients are highly encouraged to register and book an appointment before visiting the clinic.

How long is an appointment?

An appointment with the doctor is usually 15-30 minutes. If you already know what tests or medicines you would like, you can proceed straight to see a nurse. Testing or treatment is provided straight after the initial consultation - in general, your visit should be less than an hour. Medical certificate services are quick and can be done in 10 minutes.

Do I need to speak a doctor before testing or treatment?

If you already know what tests or treatment you would like, there is no need to speak to a doctor beforehand. You can proceed straight to see our nurse for almost all tests and most treatments. Simply tick off what tests you would like or select a health check-up package.

Test results are sent to you by email, unless specify another communication method preference. In general, most results should be sent to you within 2 days. You can either select: 1. The specific service you require (this way, you can proceed straight for the service when you arrive at the clinic) 2. Please understand we are trying to cater to as many people who need to test for COVID-19, so even if you have booked an appointment, you will most likely be in a queue, for the other people have also booked an appointment. 3. We do not acknowledge walk-ins as to the dangers of crowding in these dire times. Any walk in during the COVID-19 outbreak will not be permitted into the clinic. We recommend you to register beforehand, you will recieve the link to register shortly after booking your appointment (If it is urgent, you can come after 10:00, but you will most likely not recieve your result within the same day).

I need a medical certificate for my work permit/ for travel/ visa purposes/ for my driving licence. Can I get this sent to me by email without coming to the clinic?

Yes, we can send this by email to you in most cases without the need to visit the clinic. We would ask you to complete a short health questionnaire. For travel and work leave medical certificates, we will arrange a short video consultation with the doctor to approve this. The medical certificate will be sent by email to you shortly after this. The exceptions for this are if you have been specifically asked to have a certain blood test for the medical certificate.

Can I order these medicines (specify name and dose) ? How much would this cost?

We stock all medicines available in Thailand and Dr Donna can give a suitable alternative in the rare case that requested medicine is not available in Thailand. We are more than happy to let you know the prices available - we always try to source generic medicines (as the lower-cost option unless the original medicine is preferred).
