Dr. Donna started MedConsult as a one-woman practice in the heart of Bangkok, caring for patients with a stethoscope, a prescription pad, and a clear vision — to change the way healthcare is delivered in Thailand. I have lived in Thailand for fifteen plus years and was blessed to be introduced to Dr Donna and her fabulous team early on in my years. They are still as wonderful today as they were at the start. Thank you all for your kindness, understanding and comprehensive care.

This place is conveniently located and has good pricing, the staff are pretty friendly, but they are not as professional as they should be.

First they got the price wrong (charged me ekg as an extra even then though it was clearly included in the list), kept running around the place trying to keep up with customers and I was asked the same questions and tests by different staff (such as taking blood pressure and asking rather than taking my height and weight).
I did get the blood test results quickly, BUT... Still no stool test results (i did bring it later but it's been 4 days) and still no ekg results in a week despite my contacting them.
Basically the good price is only for blood tests so not that good anymore. If you choose this clinic, you may or may not get the results you pay for. They also seem to reply faster before you pay them than after. I will not return.

We had an interesting experience here. We waited over 45 minutes to get Botox and then got frustrated and walked out. Then the staff suddenly had 3 doctors available. The assistant manager did give us a 5% discount and the administration of it was good and professional. I really liked the half Thai half American doctor who did it very nice lady. Interesting place but I would make the wait times shorter. Also place doesn’t have elevator so anyone with disability can be hard to get to. Ultimately I would do it again here good price
I am.always a nervous visiting doctors in general, and more so in a foreign country. The medconsult clinic took away my anxiety from the moment I was contacted. The Staff was well prepared to answer any questions as well and sorted out my issues.

Made an appointment on LINE and they were quick and responsive to make sure the right thing was scheduled. Was only at the clinic for 15 minutes, went quickly. Takes 1-2 days to get results for drug tests for jobs. Clean was clean, well lit, and staff spoke great English. Process was easy. Office is on the Third Floor of the Racquet Club Building 2.
I come here every 3 months for blood tests. It’s a very efficient service - quick in and out. Easy to park. Very reasonable price. And I always get good, prompt answers to follow up questions or concerns. Highly recommend.

I suspect the waiting time issue comes from consultations turning into prodecures in the same session. Rather, split your bookings into two types - a short consultation session and a longer procedural session. Long sessions are booked only after the short consultation session. Pretty sure this simple change will fix the entire operation of this clinic.

We had a wonderful experience at this clinic. We arrived in Bangkok for a three month stay with insufficient medication, after having felt uncomfortable bringing 3 months of our medication through Immigration (for first-timers the Thai immigration medication guidelines seem a bit scary). This clinic was able to reconstruct our medication history line by line, downloaded documents from our clinic back home, and refilled all of our medications for us. The staff was friendly and efficient, and English was well spoken. The doctors were very friendly and helpful, and the pharmacist spent time with us to review each of the medication’s and how to properly take each of them. Dr Robinson herself even came out to help us and make sure things went well. I strongly recommend this place, and this will be the center of our healthcare during the time that we are here in Bangkok.

Everyone was so helpful. I traveled all the way from Maldives to procure my meds. Very prompt communication from whatsapp till i arrived in thailand to get the medicine. Would recommend very much. Theyve excellent and cost effective health packages.

she is not only competent, but also compassionate and very kind, she listens and gives good advice, for example if you want care and she finds that it is not necessary or that you do not need it, or that it is not suitable for you, she will tell you honestly and let you decide.
I was also treated by Dr Weerapong, who is equally competent and lovely.

I had to take two stars off because the waitng time was too long. I went in for botox treatment, they put the numbing cream on me and told me to wait 20 minutes but I ended up sitting on the chair for over an hour with the cream on my face, which is quite unfortunate coz I do like Dr. Tricia. She was very helpful and friendly and she explained thoroughly on the procedures and did not try to push any additional treatments on me. Only what I requested for. Clinic looks clean and professional.
Apart from the waiting time I will go again for my next follow up treatment as it was still a positive experience. Hopefully with less waiting time.

Thank you team @ MedConsult for looking after my husband and I yesterday afternoon. A truly professional clinic who took the time to make sure the procedures and treatment were done with diligence and care while making us feel comfortable during the 2 hours we were there.
If you are a westerner unsure of having treatments in a foreign country, I can assure you that you will receive a far superior service at MedConsult than back at home where you will pay 4 times the price for someone to rush you out the door so they can take the next person’s money while selling products you don’t need.
All treatments and consultations are facilitated by Medical Doctors, a far higher standard than the equivalent or like for like when compared to countries like Australia.

Good. Be a patient patient. 🙂 They are friendly. Little hard to find, however. They are in building 2, floor 3 of the Racquet Club complex. I suggest a taxi, though you can walk. It is about 20 minutes from the nearest ferry terminal by foot.
Updated: I went back for some inexpensive botox. The doctor was very kind and personable. Very no-nonsense and great price for clean medical facility and conducted by a medical doctor.

Really good service, well organized. Everyone book your appointment one day before 4pm to get a smooth experience as they keep all documents ready for all appointments taken a day before 4pm. You have to pay 1000 baht and within 5 minutes you will be free. Well spoken English and helpful people for foreigners. Medconsult, please keep up the good work for travellers.
Make an appointment on the web in advance, check your personal information, and the hospital will print out the appointment form. Bring your passport and reservation voucher. It's recommended to go early. It's crowded. I arrived at 7:00 am, and the test takes 10 minutes. You can pay by QR code, credit card or cash. I got the test results back by 14pm.
Wow.. simply wow! Dozens of people working the floor seamlessly. I came for an antigen without an appointment, had to scan a code and fill out a form, submit it and pay at a cashier. 3 steps in 10 min.
The queues are long but the wait is max 10 min. Great service. Polite staff. Thank you.

The staff were really nice & helpful. They speak English very well. I found this place via Facebook Group about Thailand traveling. The price for RT-PCR is the cheapest price I've found so far, compare with other hospital or clinic near by. If you take the test before 10AM, you will get the result by email from 8-10pm same day. They will ask which airlines you're going to fly with, to give you the suitable report for that airlines. They are also willing to print it out for free if you need. Always see their smile & enthusiasm, especially the lady was walking around to ask how to help the people in the line. Highly recommend this place for foreigners. Thank you guys again for helping us
I was skeptical to get my PCR test done here due to the previous reviews but I didn’t have a lot of time to look for another clinic so I took the chance. I’m glad I did. The service was quite fast. The place is quite small as described by others but fortunately, there weren’t a lot of people when I came so it didn’t feel risky at all. The staff were helpful, efficient, and fast and I got everything done in about 15 minutes. They emailed me the results the following day.
Principal at British Columbia International School One of the biggest challenges that International Educators, are faced with when moving away from their home country is finding a Doctor or Medical Support Team that best suit the needs of the Western world. This is made easier due to the incredible health support that I have received from Dr. Donna Robinson and her team of nurses and manager Khun Bow. Not only have they been helpful for my family and myself personally, but they have also been an asset to our school community by visiting our school to provide medical certificates for new staff and at the same time they have been here to help our staff negotiate the health care system in Thailand. I would highly recommend Dr. Donna Robinson to any school for their medical needs.
