What is a Recovery Certificate?
If you have tested positive for Covid-19 at our clinic, at home by your self-test or at another hospital or clinic, we can issue your Covid-19 recovery certificate after you complete the normal recovery period which is usually 10-14 days, depending on the country standard. The recovery certificate is issued by a doctor to state the date you initially tested positive, have completed your recovery period (10-14 days) and no longer have symptoms. It declares you have recovered and are clear for travel, return to work or school.
It is recommended to get one if you have recently recovered within the last 6 months as many countries will accept this in place of your vaccine or booster certificate and a Covid-19 test.

- Make sure you have evidence in some form of your positive test: a photo or certificate of the result or test.
- You have recovered for at least 10 days since becoming positive Covid-19.
- Email your certificate request to covidrecovery@medconsultasia.com with your positive test evidence (the photo or certificate). Someone from the team will get back to you immediately, take payment online and issue your covid recovery certificate by email.
