Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they are important for your booking & order. By accessing or using this website, you fully accept the following terms and conditions.

If you book an appointment, survice, or order medicine at MedConsult Clinic our contract is limited to the provision of use of this website.

By any booking or purchasing order, you accept that you use our medical services at your own risk. Please use common sense while using one of our services and always take care of your own personal safety.

Please make sure that you provide us with your personal details or email address correctly when you make your booking or purchase, if not then we won’t take any responsibility for any error in your results, delay in your result or medicine sendout time. 

Price and payment:

Please be aware that prices vary from type of Medical Services & Products.

For your payment, you can choose between online pre-payment or pay later at the Clinic. Once we receive your pre-payment we will send a confirmation to your email. This means we accepted and acknowledged your booking or ordering.

Once you make a prepayment for any of our services or products, please keep your payment slips with you in case of any unforeseen circumstances.

By booking one of our services or ordering products you guarantee that your provided information is correct including payment and billing information. 

Booking Cancellation and refunds:

If you need to request for a refund of your prepayment, the refund process will take approximately 14 – 20 days, please contact us at customer@medconsultasia.com or 02-018-7855. We can help you to reschedule your appointment if you cancel two hours before your appointment starts.  

Please let us know and contact us as soon as possible if you know that you will be delayed. 

If you break any of these terms, we will be able to terminate your permission to use our service at any time. We reserve the right to cancel any booking without notice or reason.

Rescheduling Appointments:

When you cancel your booking two hours before the appointment time, we will help you arrange another appointment without any charge. 

Product Return Policy

We won’t accept any return once the products have arrived.

Product Refunds

We will allow refunds of the product if the product is damaged since before it arrived to you and please take a video as a proof before you open the package. 

We will allow refunds of the product if you received the wrong product from your order.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method not including the shipping fees.

Please allow up to 14 – 20 days for the bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Product Shipping

  • Complimentary ground shipping within 1 to 3 business days
  • In-store collection available within 1 business day with at least 3 hours notice.
  • Next-day and Express delivery options also available
  • Products are delicately pack in proper package and delivered in the shipping box

We accept the following payment methods:

Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, Visa Electron. The total will be charged to your card when the order is placed.

Bank Transfer: Just select Bank Transfer as a payment method at the checkout and complete your payment using the QR code or account number on the order confirmation page.

Pay later: Just select pay later and the team will process your order and contact you for the payment and shipping detail.

HOW WE COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION

Payment and shipping information: When you purchase a product from our website or store, we collect your name, billing address, email address, and payment card information to process your payment. We also collect your shipping address and contact details to ship the product to you. We process this data to perform our contract with you.

We may use your information to contact you in any communications that may require promotions or newsletters. We Do Not keep your credit card information for any future purchases. Refunds will be returned back to the original form of payment used for purchase. The customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns for refund and service fees of the original purchase are non-refundable.
